Lunchtime Solitude

I've been feeling lately that I'm having a harder time than usual dealing with stress. It seems to creep in and take hold and it takes me much longer to decompress and release it. One of my strategies for keeping a low stress level during the day has been to go for a lunchtime walk. This past week I expanded that to include a stop at a peaceful area to read a book and eat lunch, and am spending a full hour outdoors in search of peace. It seems to really be helping and I've felt a lot more grounded and prepared for anything that may come my way throughout the rest of the day. With a place like this to eat lunch at, how could I not?
